Welcome to Althion Health & Wellness. By accessing or using our website at althion.com (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Althion
Althion Health & Wellness, LLC (“Althion,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a dietary supplement company founded by Dr. Gus J. Spatharakis, D.C., a functional medicine practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience. We are headquartered at 13301 S Ridgeland Ave, Suite A, Palos Heights, IL 60463.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to use this Site or purchase our products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Products and Orders
Our products are dietary supplements intended for healthy adults. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage information are provided on each product page. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed in error, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Pricing, Payment, and Pre-Orders
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time you place your order through our payment processor.
Some products are sold on a pre-order basis. When you place a pre-order, you are charged at the time of order placement, and your product will ship when inventory becomes available. We will communicate expected shipping timelines at the time of purchase. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping timelines and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Returns and the 30-Day Energy Challenge
We stand behind our products with the 30-Day Energy Challenge. If you follow the All-Day Energy Protocol exactly as directed for a full 30 days and do not feel a clear, noticeable improvement in your daily energy, focus, and stamina, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our office at hello@althion.com or (630) 410-2620 within 30 days of receiving your product
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions before sending products back
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
8. HSA and FSA Eligibility
Some Althion products may be eligible for purchase using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Eligibility depends on your plan administrator. We do not guarantee that any specific product will qualify under your plan, and we are not responsible for denied claims.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, formulations, and the Althion brand, is the property of Althion Health & Wellness, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
- Interfere with the Site’s operation or other users’ use of the Site
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site through automated means
- Resell our products without prior written authorization
11. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content to the Site, you grant Althion a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business. Our Site offers a quiz designed to help you understand which Althion products may be appropriate for your needs.
