All Althion products are shipped on a recurring subscription basis. By default, subscriptions renew every 30 days from the date of your first order. Subscribers are billed automatically at the beginning of each new cycle, and products are shipped promptly after payment is processed.
You may also customize your subscription to receive shipments every 60 days or 90 days instead of the standard 30-day cycle.
No Contracts: There are no long-term commitments.
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.
Change Shipment Frequency: You can easily switch your renewal cycle (30, 60, or 90 days) through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Please note: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Changes made after billing will take effect on your next scheduled cycle.
