Meet Our Founder, Dr. Gus
Before Dr. Gus ever set foot in a clinic, he spent eleven years studying the human body through a different lens — the martial arts. Eight different styles. Third-degree black belt in each. Hundreds of students trained. He knew how the body responds under stress before he ever opened an anatomy textbook.
Born in Crete and raised in the United States after his family emigrated in 1975, he earned his Bachelor of Science from Loyola University of Chicago in 1995 and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from National College of Chiropractic in 1999. At graduation he was named Clinician of His Class — the highest honor awarded to interns for clinical skill, work ethic, and patient care.
Since then, he’s logged over 1,400 hours of post-doctoral training in Applied Kinesiology, studying directly under the field’s founders and legends — including George J. Goodheart, David Leaf, and Daniel H. Duffy Sr.

The All-Day Energy Protocol is a three-formula liquid system designed to support your body’s natural energy production, mental clarity, and stamina without stimulants. It includes Thrive (a liquid cellular energy base), Flow (a circulation and lymphatic support tincture), and Ignite (an adaptogenic cognitive support tincture). Used together once a day, the three formulas support what we call your body’s foundation: cellular health, nutrient delivery, and recovery. It’s not a quick fix. It’s foundation work, taken consistently for thirty days.
2. How Is This Different From Coffee or Energy Drinks?

4. Is the Protocol Safe to Take With Medications?
Several ingredients in the formulas can interact with prescription medications, including blood thinners, blood pressure medications, antidepressants, and others. 5. Can I Take This While Pregnant or Nursing?
We do not recommend the protocol during pregnancy or while nursing. Some ingredients in Flow and Ignite have not been studied for safety in those populations. Talk to your healthcare provider about whether any supplement is appropriate for you during this time.
6. Can Children Take This?
No. The protocol is formulated for healthy adults age 18 and older. Some ingredients are not appropriate for children, and the dosing has not been studied for pediatric use.
7. Are the Products Third-Party Tested?
Yes. Every batch of Thrive, Flow, and Ignite is tested by an independent third-party laboratory for purity and accuracy of label claims. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
8. Where Are the Products Made?
All three formulas are made in the United States in FDA-registered facilities that follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The herbal ingredients in Flow and Ignite are sourced from quality-vetted suppliers, and Thrive’s vitamin, mineral, and phyto-food complex is produced using cold-process methods to preserve nutrient integrity.
9. Are the Products HSA/FSA Eligible?
